Short Term Production Assistant (PAID)

Infinite Flow Dance is touring Marin County, CA, October 20-25, 2025. We are a slim artist team of 5 performers, and we are seeking a short-term production assistant to support us through our school assemblies and travel needs.

Assistant must be available during the following days and hours:
** There might be slight adjustments.

Monday, October 20: 7:45-1:30pm.

Tuesday, October 21: 7:30-2:30pm.

Wednesday, October 22: 7:45-2:00pm.

Thursday, Oct 23: 12-8pm.

Friday, Oct 24: 7:45am-12:30pm.

All sites are in Marin County.
Assistant must have access to their own vehicle for transportation.

Duties will include:
- Assist in operating music during the low-tech performance: Press play and pause when artists' hands are full. Must know how to operate a Macbook.
- Taking photos and videos for our social media behind the scenes and during the assemblies (with our company iPhone).
- Assist in ordering lunch via Uber Eats / Grub Hub, etc, and picking up the delivery. Lunch will be included for the Assistant.
- Assist in any logistical, production, and travel support that may come up: A quick errand to the drug store, communication support, etc.

Ideally the Assistant:
- Has a background in theater, dance, film, or other arts or creative fields.
- Live in Marin County and knows Marin County and San Francisco well, when it comes to restaurants, places to visit, etc.
- Loves kids.
- Has some knowledge of accessibility and disability inclusion, and/or values DEIA.

If you are in between arts and creative jobs, this may be a perfect short-term job for you.

Pay Rate: $25/hour. Gas stipend. Lunch included.
** We will consider a higher rate if you are a filmmaker willing to document activities when your hands are free with your own camera.
